Cancellations & Refunds - We will provide a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour.

Late Arrival - If you are late, we cannot reschedule your factory tour. Your factory tour begins promptly at the time of your reserved factory tour ticket. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your reserved factory tour time. If you are late, you can enjoy the museum exhibits. We will not offer refunds for late arrivals.

Payment - We require payment in full at time of reservation - so be prepared with a credit card. Your card will be charged when you click "Accept" on the confirmation page. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

Note - Louisville is on Eastern Time. We observe Daylight Saving March-October.

This ticket is a revocable single use license granted by H&B to the user for access to the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory and H&B’s public premises. In consideration of this license, user grants to H&B the unrestricted right and likeness to use, sell, or license for use, each users’ likeness for any broadcast, film, or photograph made during any visit. H&B may revoke this license, for any reason, by refunding the purchase price. Guests enter at their own risk and assume full responsibility for, and hold H&B harmless from, any and all injuries from exhibits or other persons. H&B makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims same.
