-Be early!  Your selected time is for your factory tour.  You may want to order a bat and enjoy the exhibits before the tour. Due to capacity limits in our facility, we may not be able to reschedule your factory tour if you're late.  We're on Eastern time.   

-Eligibility for discounts and promotion codes will be verified upon entry.  You may be asked to show a photo ID to determine eligibility.  

-You may print your purchase confirmation and individual tickets or show them on your mobile device upon arrival.  

-Online purchases are final.  No refunds are available for online ticket purchases.
